Production Pastry Chef – Modern French Entremets – Denmark (Aarhus)
About the Position
We are a growing high-quality pastry business based in Aarhus, Denmark, specializing in modern French entremets, mousse cakes, mirror glaze, and premium individual desserts.
We produce approximately 150+ individual pieces daily, with strong potential for growth.
We are now looking for an experienced Production Pastry Chef to take over and manage the pastry production line.
What We Are Looking For
• Strong experience in French-style entremets
• Confident in mousse, inserts, mirror glaze, and modern decoration
• Able to work with consistency and precision
• Comfortable with structured, repeatable production
• Organized, clean, and calm under pressure
• EU citizen or holding valid EU work permit
This is not a creative R&D position — this is a production-focused role with high standards and stability.
