It takes around nearly two hundred persons’ daily intervention for you to be served at the table. Of course, they are not all in the restaurant. You may never see them or you might have seen them without knowing. Among them, there are producers, arborists, winemakers, fishermen, butchers, poulterers, market gardeners, dairymen, sellers at Rungis, millers, bakers, delivery men, window cleaners, launderers and finally the Pomze team members… It is them who – in spite of snow, rain, flus, strikes, traffics, breakdowns, floods – make their possible to make your meal a unique moment.
