Contraste apre le sue porte a sud di Milano nel 2015, più specificatamente nel quartiere dei Navigli, a coronare la collaborazione decennale tra i suoi fondatori Simon Press, Thomas Piras e Matias Perdomo.

È’ un concentrato di attenzioni da dedicare a una clientela specifica, quella curiosa, appassionata, che smette di sfogliare la carta per affidarsi al savoir-faire della cucina e per cui i tre soci hanno scelto un luogo volutamente nascosto alla vista, lontano dal piano strada, dedicato a chi entra consapevole e ricercando l’esperienza.

Contraste è anche collettivo, umano, scommette sulla decentralizzazione delle gerarchie per focalizzare tutta la sua attenzione su un ospite che al tavolo è padrone del suo spazio e lo può personalizzare a proprio gusto.

Contraste opened in 2015 in the south area of Milan, more specifically in the Navigli district, crowning the ten-year collaboration between its founders Simon Press, Thomas Piras and Matias Perdomo.

Contraste is a heap of attention to be dedicated to a specific clientele, the curious and passionate one, who stops leafing through the menu to rely on the savoir-faire of the kitchen and for whom the three partners have chosen a place deliberately hidden from view, away from the street, and dedicated to those who enter aware and seeking the experience.

Contraste is also collective and human, it bets on the decentralization of hierarchies to focus all its attention on a guest who masters his space, and customizes it to his taste.
