OUR ROOTS
Splendia was founded in Marrakesh by Elie de Coignac and Benoît Durand in 2004. Impressed by the typical Moroccan palaces they found, plus a shared passion for ecommerce, they set up Splendia, a luxury online hotel booking company dedicated to distinctive Luxury & Character Hotels.

Since launching, Splendia has grown considerably and now has a team of 100 people based in offices on three continents and a collection of over 5,000 hotels across the world.
