We are looking for passionate and detail-oriented hospitality professionals to join our Finance team.
Accounts Receivable / Cashier / Income Auditor
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage guest and city ledger accounts receivable.
- Handle cashiering functions and daily cash reconciliation.
- Conduct income audit and ensure accuracy of revenue postings.
- Prepare financial reports and maintain audit compliance.
Qualifications:
- Diploma/Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Hotel industry experience preferred.
- Knowledge of PMS and accounting systems.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
F&B Controller
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor food & beverage costs and inventory controls.
- Conduct stock audits and variance analysis.
- Review recipes, menu costing, and purchasing controls.
- Support operational teams in achieving cost efficiency targets.
Qualifications:
- Degree/Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or Hospitality Management.
- Previous experience as F&B Controller in a hotel environment.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management and cost control.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
