Front Office Night Auditor – Replacement contract - Crowne Plaza Brussel Airport (F/H/NB)

We are looking for a dynamic and service-oriented Night Auditor to join our team. You will be the main point of contact for our guests and play a key role in their experience at our hotel. Your main responsibilities will be:

• Customer Service:
  
  
  
  • Handle check-ins, check-outs, and room changes
  
  
  • Act as Manager on Duty: responsible for the hotel and guests in the absence of management, ensuring safety and comfort
  
  
  • Handle guest complaints and resolve a variety of challenges
  
  
  • Attend to guest requests regarding safe deposit boxes
  
  
  
  


• Administrative:
  
  
  
  • Manage cashier float and daily financial reports
  
  
  • Perform audits and prepare necessary documents for audits
  
  
  • Check night reports and prepare morning reports
  
  
  
  


• Communication & Coordination:
  
  
  
  • Provide operational instructions to various departments
  
  
  • Report important situations to supervisors and colleagues
  
  
  • Assist with room service: reheat and serve simple dishes prepared by the kitchen
  
  
  • Familiarize with emergency and evacuation procedures
  
  
  
  

What We Need from You:

• At least 2 years of experience as a Night auditor.


• Languages: French and/or English and Dutch B1 level.


• Ability to work in a team.


• Excellent communication skills.


• Problem-solving abilities.
