Apicius Korea

Apicius Korea is the first official campus of Apicius Florence, established in Ulsan, South Korea in July, 2018.
Our curriculum and courses consist accordingly of those of Apicius Florence. All of our courses are conducted by faculty of Apicius Florence. We aim to foster worldwide culinary experts through our education system. Also, due to the identical education program with Apicius Florence, which is one of the best culinary schools in Italy, students can get a certificate of Apicius, Florence University of the Arts. Apicius Korea will introduce Italian foods and culinary culture to Korea and will help to enhance the relationships between Italy and Korea. We provide the education on authentic Italian cuisine, which includes culinary and pastry arts as well as nutrition, food safety and wellness. We have been promoting our school to high schools, colleges and culinary institutions throughout the nation by hosting/participating in fairs and exhibitions, having school open day and offering cooking class/show, and so on. In addition, we have made a Memorendum of Understanding(MOU) with Ulsan College, Kyungsung Universities and Hansol Culinary Institution, and we are planning on making more MOU with institutions, colleges and universities both in a local level and throughout Asia.
