Karachi Institute of Culinary Arts

KICA is a state of the art culinary and hospitality training center that provides a platform for up-to-date culinary training by the best Pakistani chefs.

KICA is affiliated with renowned local organizations including the Sindh Board of Technical Education (SBTE), Benazir income support youth development program and national vocational & technical training commission. It is running the funded project of the European Union (EU) under the guidance of the TVET Reform Sector Support Programme. On the international level, it is officially associated with World Association of Chef Societies (WACS), British Culinary and City & Guild.

The institute is devoted to offer quality culinary experience to students in the best working environment, furnished with modern electrical equipment's, well organized training and discussion classes. With international standard of coursework, dedicated and reputed chef instructors, a strong vision and a clear focus, KICA is all set to put the greatest effort in becoming the country’s biggest center of exceptional culinary and hospitality education.

Basically KICA is a platform to prepare the future’s best chefs with competency and Excellency. The purpose of our institute is to provide the students all necessary culinary knowledge, skills and experiences and prepare them to enter in the food industry with confidence, skills and expertise our faculty members are committed with the institute to provide their excellent and quality services. Our institute is highly responsive to the needs and opportunities of the food industry through changing and implementing new programs.

KICA is a student-centered teaching institute that mainly emphasizes on innovative, challenging and engaging coursework. The faculty members are cooperative with the industrial changes as well.
