Founded in 2002 by the non-governmental organization Formation et Progrès-Cambodge, the École d’Hôtellerie et de Tourisme Paul Dubrule was established with the mission of providing young Cambodians, particularly those from disadvantaged backgrounds, access to high-quality, innovative, and professional education.
In close collaboration with industry partners such as Accor and the prestigious EHL Hospitality Business School (École hôtelière de Lausanne), the school delivers a balanced curriculum that combines academic knowledge with strong industry immersion. This approach equips students with the essential skills needed to succeed in management or entrepreneurial careers within the hospitality and tourism sector.
Today, the École d’Hôtellerie et de Tourisme Paul Dubrule is recognized as one of Cambodia’s leading vocational institutions. Each year, the school welcomes an average of 300 students, 40% of whom benefit from full scholarships. To date, more than 5,000 graduates form a strong and active alumni network, contributing to the development of the hospitality and tourism industry in Cambodia and internationally.
