岗位职责
1、具备酒店所需的专业知识及技能，满足客人所需，提高宾客满意度。
2、准备每周宴会预测及其他需要的支持文件。
3、确保对客服务的及时性，使得整个活动中宾客的满意程度达到最高。
4、确保会议活动结束开具所以专职发票。
5、与预定，销售部门及餐饮部门保持密切的沟通，确保整个会议活动协调一致。
6、与相应的事件管理人员合作，在适当的时候提供部门/客户的具体服务
7、参与和参加适当的、组织培训会议、日常简报和其他会议。

岗位要求
1、中专学历以上，形象、气质佳，营销专业优先；
2、具有代表酒店与顾客，员工和第三方交往的能力；
3、积极主动,满足期限和承诺,按要求完成任务和项目；
4、维护电子和文件归档系统所需的强大组织技能。
