Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Pool Bartender to join our team at our luxurious poolside bar. The Pool Bartender will be responsible for creating and serving a variety of drinks and cocktails to guests in a fast-paced and high-energy environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, a strong knowledge of different types of beverages, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and take orders from poolside guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Mix, garnish, and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
• Ensure that all drinks are prepared according to recipe and meet quality standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including bar stations and storage areas
• Check identification to verify legal drinking age of customers
• Collect payment and process transactions accurately
• Upsell and promote specials and featured drinks to guests
• Provide outstanding customer service and resolve any guest complaints or issues in a timely manner
• Adhere to all food safety and alcohol service regulations
• Assist with restocking supplies and inventory management as needed

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Previous experience working as a bartender in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of different types of beer, wine, and spirits
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and multitask effectively
• Attention to detail and accuracy in preparing beverages
• Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time and lift heavy objects
• Experience with cash handling and POS systems is a plus
• TIPS certification or equivalent alcohol service training is preferred

Additional Information

Rate of Pay: $16.85/hr USD
