Job Description

As a Summer Terrace Server Assistant you will assist guests and team members with menu items and assist Servers in all aspects of the dining experience to include but not limited to running food, table maintenance and beverage service. You will clear and reset tables in a timely manner and ensure that all tables are presentable, with clean china, glassware, silverware, and linen. You will adhere to safety guidelines and follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage.

• The role is seasonal, and available between April to September 

Qualifications

• Previous work experience in a Luxury restaurant/food and beverage setting
• Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
• Ability to work cohesively and collaboratively as part of a team
