Job Description

As a Summer Terrace Server you will assist guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful way and have full knowledge of beverage lists, menu items and preparation methods. A Server will follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage.

• The role is seasonal only, position is available from April to the end of September. 

Qualifications

• Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language.
• 1 year food and beverage serving and/or related food and beverage experience at a luxury hotel or restaurant.
• Above average knowledge of wines, spirits, and mixed drinks.
