Description du poste

Le Sofitel Paris Le Faubourg recrute pour la rentrée son futur(e) APPRENTI(E) EN CUISINE !

Votre objectif : Assurer pour chaque client, un service et une expérience uniques, personnalisés et chaleureux, à travers tous les plats que vous serez amenés à confectionner.

Sous la responsabilité du Chef Executif de Cuisine, Anaïs Foray, vous respecterez les procédures et standards internes de l'hôtel et de la marque Sofitel, en vue de faire de vous un parfait Ambassadeur, travaillant avec sérénité, confiance et autonomie.

Vous assurerez le service pour le restaurant (60 couverts), le Bar du Faubourg (30 couverts), la terrasse, le Room service et les Banquets.

Que vous travaillez en shift du matin ou du soir, vous veillerez à la bonne production des plats tout en garantissant le bon déroulement du service.

Prise de poste : Septembre 2024.
Durée : 1 ou 2 ans.

Qualifications

Etudes en hôtellerie-restauration
Passion et goût de l’excellence.
Orienté(e) vers la satisfaction de la clientèle et la qualité.
Disponibilité et réactivité, à l’écoute.
Capacité d'adaptation et proactivité.
Organisation et rigueur.
Cohésion et esprit d'équipe.
