Le Novotel Luxembourg Kirchberg se situe à proximité du MUDAM Luxembourg, le Musée d'Art Moderne Grand-Duc Jean et à environ 2 km du centre historique de la ville.

Description du poste

Début du stage : 01/07/2024 pour une urée de 4 à 6 mois

Responsabilités administratives :
- Suivi des demandes des clients
- Mise à jour des confirmations et/ou annulations
- Effectuer la veille concurrentielle
- Agenda et compte-rendu du Sales Meeting

- Mise à jour du fichier clients

Responsabilités commerciales :
- Support sur la gestion de groupes (qualification de la demande du client, envoi de l'offre, suivi avec le client)

- Accueil des clients lors de site inspection

Mission principale du stage :
Apprentissage des techniques de vente dans la gestion de manière autonome des groupes

Analyse des statistiques de production des groupes

Qualifications

Etudiant d’une école de commerce ou hôtelière, de préférence en master ou en dernière année Bachelor
Organisé
Excellent relationnel
Sens commercial aiguisé
Esprit d’équipe et diplomatie
Excellentes aptitudes de communication écrites et orales
Esprit d’initiative et proactivité
Dynamique
Maitrise de la langue Française et Anglaise,
Maitrise Word, Excel
