Operations Manager — Mombasa
We are looking for an Operations Manager to join our team in Mombasa.
Role
The Operations Manager will coordinate with the local office to supervise the logistics of transfers and safaris, and provide on-site assistance to clients throughout their stay.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate daily operations with the Mombasa office team
- Supervise and oversee logistics for client transfers and safari itineraries
- Liaise with local suppliers, drivers and guides to ensure smooth execution of services
- Provide on-the-ground assistance and support to clients, handling any issues promptly
- Monitor service quality and troubleshoot operational issues in real time
- Report regularly to management on operations status and client feedback

Sobre ti
Requirements
- Fluent English and French (compulsory)
- Knowledge of Italian is a plus
- Previous experience in tourism operations, logistics or a similar coordination role
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple moving parts under time pressure
- Problem-solving mindset and calm, professional approach when dealing with clients on the ground
- Based in or willing to relocate to Mombasa
- Idiomas requeridos: Francés e Inglés. Italiano es un plus
