Primary Objective:
The Food and Beverage (F&B) Cost Controller will oversee inventory management, cost analysis, and pricing strategies. They work closely with the accounting team, executive chef, and management. They will ensure that the menu items are priced correctly, and that food and beverage costs are in line with budget expectations. Will be highly analytical and detail-oriented and responsible for managing the financial aspects of the food and beverage operations.


Responsibilities:
• Preparing daily Food and Beverage Report and distribute to management.
• Perform daily accounting tasks including expense reports, reimbursements, reconciliation and data entry
• Able to effectively control the Food & Beverage Cost.
• Control the Food and Beverage outlets in terms of wastage, pilferage and efficiency.
• Review balance sheets, cash flow reports, budgets, budget-to-actuals and financial projections and provide detailed analysis
• Prepare variance analysis for food & beverage and communicating with relevant parties.
• Provide financial analyses as needed such as pricing decisions, and contract negotiations
• Analysis of sales, costs and practices within the company to reduce cost and increase profitability
• Accurately reports and analyzes revenue, cost, profit, and cash flow deviations from budget and forecast.

Qualifications:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Highly efficient analytics and reporting skills
• Experience with Accounting Systems, Quickbooks and MS Office Programs
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a F&B Cost Controller ideally within a hospitality group.
• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Accounting or bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management Degree
• Has Group or Multi Venue previous experience
