Il nostro nuovissimo AKI Family Resort PLOSE ***** aprirà le sue porte il 21 novembre 2024 e stiamo cercando un/a Chef de Partie per il nostro team di cucina! Se ami creare piatti deliziosi e desideri far parte di un ambiente lavorativo stimolante e familiare, AKI potrebbe essere il posto giusto per te!
Le tue responsabilità:
- Preparazione di deliziose pietanze per i nostri ospiti, rispettando gli standard di qualità e le esigenze alimentari delle famiglie con bambini di tutte le età
- Collaborare con il resto del team di cucina per garantire un flusso di lavoro efficiente.
- Rispettare gli standard di igiene e sicurezza in cucina
- Formare e supportare il team di cucina per offrire ai nostri ospiti un'esperienza culinaria esclusiva
Il tuo profilo:
- Diploma in cucina o qualifica equivalente
- Esperienza pluriennale nel settore della ristorazione, preferibilmente in hotel e/o ristoranti
- Creatività e passione per la cucina, con capacità di creare piatti innovativi che soddisfino le esigenze dei nostri ospiti
- Capacità di lavorare in team e collaborare con altri membri del team
- Flessibilità negli orari di lavoro, inclusi weekend e festività
- Personalità cordiale e aperta, con un forte senso di responsabilità e orientato all’ospitalità
