A real role for a real cameriere di sala. A place to do your craft properly, in a restaurant and a wine region that reward it.
We are looking for an experienced restaurant waiter — someone who has done this work for some years, who reads a table at a glance, who can pair a dish with a Barbaresco without notes (or wants to learn the same), and who takes pride in service as a craft.
The role
- Front-of-house service across ADAGIO and ANIMA
- Wine service: not just pouring, but advising — our list deserves it
- Guest care from arrival to digestivo, in English and (ideally) Italian
- Opportunity to run a service as the responsible (subject to performance)
- Working closely with the kitchen and with the sommelier — a real partnership, not a hierarchy

- Competitive salary commensurate with experience, with thirteenth and fourteenth months as per CCNL

Sobre ti
What you'll bring
- Minimum 2 years' experience in restaurants or boutique hotel restaurant service
- Confident English; Italian highly preferred (German a real bonus)
- Solid wine interest — Piemonte expertise welcome but trainable; what matters is that you taste, you read, and you can talk to a guest about what's in their glass
- Calm under pressure, naturally hospitable, presentable, detail-driven
- EU work authorisation or equivalent
- Idioma requerido: Inglés. Italiano es un plus
