RESPONSIBILITIES

Under the direction of the Director of Maintenance the incumbent will lead the team of to provide professional service to our guests, ensuring functionality and safety of all resort infrastructure, and organizing repair, installation and renovation projects. Main goal will be to ensure our hotel premises are safe and functional for guests and employees alike.

QUALIFICATIONS

You will likely already possess

  • experience of at least 3 years in a similar position either in a 5* hotel.
  • Degree from a vocational school or BSc/BA in Engineering.
  • In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations together with familiarity with plumbing, electrical, sewer and HVAC systems are all vital.
  • Ability to spot safety risks and address needs quickly combined with problem solving aptitude are of high importance.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills are core characteristics for the position.
  • Experience in administrative processes (e.g. budgeting, performance management) would be considered as important assets.
