Food & Beverage Supervisor

POSITION OVERVIEW

As a Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will oversee all aspects of operations in the dining room and assist the Food & Beverage Leadership Team with communication and taking responsibility of guest needs.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Run daily line-up and communicate pertinent information to the Food and Beverage staff.
• Responsible for checking table settings and that the dining room is ready for our guests.
• Ensure that orders are relayed the kitchen in an accurate and timely manner.
• Checking standards in the dining room, such as the way servers are presenting food to guests, and they way wine is poured.
• Ensure that the flow of the guest experience in the dining room is consistent and timely.
• Handle concerns and questions from guests & staff in a professional manner.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be proficient in the use of Micros.
• Strong knowledge of dining room and kitchen procedures required.
• Previous supervisory or management experience preferred.
• Strong computer abilities to include Microsoft Excel and Word is preferred.
• Must have a clear driving record and submit to drug screen to drive company vehicles.
