POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking for a talented individual to join our Corporate HR team in our Switzerland office as Internal Communications Intern. You will play a crucial role in shaping how we communicate with our colleagues, especially as we launch our new global Human Resources Information System (HRIS), Workday.
RESPONSIBILITIES
As an Internal Communications Intern, you'll collaborate closely with our Workday project team and various departments to develop and execute communication and change management strategies. From crafting engaging content for emails and social media to designing visually appealing materials and supporting training initiatives, you'll be at the forefront of driving awareness and adoption of Workday across the organization.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are seeking an individual who is genuinely enthusiastic about communications and employer branding, with a strong commitment to delivering high quality, accurate work. You will have previous experience either in administrative or marketing/communications roles (ideally in hospitality) and take pride in your strong organisational and time-management skills.
You have proficiency in MS Office and familiar with Canva or other creative tools. You have strong written and verbal communication skills, particularly in English. You are a tech-savvy individual and have a willingness to learn new technologies. Your creative flair and excellent design skills will bring innovation and vibrancy to our communications efforts.
