POSITION OVERVIEW

Join our family at Amanzoe as a Pre-Arrival & Concierge.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Under the direction of the Front Office Management team, the incumbent will assist in providing customer focused service to our guests, ensuring prior to their arrival that their stay will become an ultimate experience.

QUALIFICATIONS

You will likely already possess previous experience of at least 2 years in Front Office - Concierge and/ or at reservations. Certificate of Hotel school,/Business in Tourism is also required. Knowledge of Opera PMS or Fidelio is mandatory.  Microsoft Office skills are also very important for the position together with proficient use of Greek & English. A third language in advanced level would be an advantage.
