POSITION OVERVIEW

The Position

The Retail Sales Assistant oversees the boutigue, monitoring the sales trends of the products and actively planning the product display and sale, present all products clearly and accurately at all times to Aman guests with their needs

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To prioritize the needs of our guests and their needs above all else.
  • To keep in touch with guests and to prevent complaints by taking their comments into account.
  • To comply with the promised brand standards and provide exceptional service.
  • To provide quality service to both colleagues and guests.
  • Ensuring that personal care, uniform and appearance is flawless and professional.
  • Having high product knowledge about the products sold in the shop and being able to explain it to the guests in English.
  • Pricing all products clearly and accurately at all times.
  • To design the shop in a creative and predictive way, to display the products in a clean and orderly manner.
  • To ensure that the flooring, door windows, shelves and assemblies are spotless and maintained, to contact the housekeeping services when necessary and ask for their help, and to ensure that the shop is flawless and clean with his own help.
  • Accurately keeping the daily opening and closing inventory, as well as making the monthly inventory counting and reporting error-free
  • To keep the stock level at a sufficient level. Getting approval from the management at the stage of re-stocking or supplying consignment products, requesting and stocking new products other than the approval and recommendation of the management, not having the authority to enter consignment products
  • To perform the duties assigned by the General Manager, Front Office Manager and PA to GM.

QUALIFICATIONS

Qualifications

  • Graduated from related vocational shcools 
  • Having experience related field at least 2 years
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
