Waiter/Waitress

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Waiter/Waitress to join our dynamic team. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guests have a memorable dining experience. Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly attitude.
Present menus, answer questions, and provide recommendations on food and beverages.
Take accurate orders and transmit them to the kitchen staff promptly.
Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional and courteous manner.
Ensure guests' needs are met throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns or special requests.
Monitor table settings, ensuring cleanliness and proper arrangement.
Upsell additional items and promote specials to enhance the dining experience.
Handle payment transactions and process payments accurately.
Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, including dining tables, service stations, and restrooms.
Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards to guarantee the health and safety of our guests.
Stay updated on menu changes and daily specials.
Requirements:

Previous experience as a waiter/waitress or in the food service industry is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer service orientation with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, maintaining composure under pressure.
Attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in taking orders and delivering the correct items to guests.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation and serving.
A positive attitude and a team player mentality.
High school diploma or equivalent.
