Reception and Reservations:
The intern will work at the reception and reservations desk. They will welcome guests, answer phone calls and emails, and assist with bookings and guest requests. The role requires good communication, organisation skills, and a mature attitude. There is a lot of information to learn, especially before the busy season starting in July. The ideal start date is April or May, with June as the latest.
HR Administration
The intern will support the HR Administration department. Duties include posting job openings online, sorting and reviewing CVs, researching new partners, updating databases, and assisting with social media and newsletters. The role also involves preparing and updating manuals and administrative documents. Candidates must be at least 18 years old, have very good computer skills, and show excellent attention to detail.

- Accommodation provided by the hotel is located in the city centre of Paphos, across two of the biggest supermarkets (Sklavenitis and Lidl). It is opposite a park and near a bus stop. Interns will be accommodated in shared rooms with ensuite/private bathroom. Rooms come with a shared kitchen and sitting area on each floor. There is free wifi and all utility and building expenses are covered. Transportation from the Accommodation to the hotel on workdays is included in the package
