Desde CATALONIA HOTELS & RESORTS precisamos incorporar um RECEPCIONISTA para o CATALONIA PORTO localizado no centro de PORTO.

As principais tarefas a serem realizadas são as seguintes:
• Recepção de clientes: Check-in e Check-out
• Gestão relacionada à ocupação e venda de quartos
• Executar suas próprias tarefas de faturamento e cobrança.
• Controle e leitura das chaves do quarto.
• Aluguel de cofres
• Caixa registradora e transferência para o parceiro do próximo turno
• Responsável por tudo que é gerado em sua programação de trabalho
• Gerenciamento de incidentes, mas não resolução
• Gestão de bagagem
• Gestão de estacionamento
• Mudanças de quarto
• Gerenciamento de correio
• Vendas de quartos
• Gestão de chamadas para mesa telefônica
Gestão da equipe do sino sob sua responsabilidade

• Experiência mínima de 1 ano em recepção
• Estudos em turismo
• Inglês avançado + outros idiomas valiosos
•Orientação ao cliente
• Fornecer conhecimento SAP será altamente valorizad
