Main responsibilities:
· Complete management of the entire space
· Sales control
· Cost control and corresponding analysis
· Monitoring and maintenance of teams, facilities
· Management of personnel under their responsibility: selection, integration, training, evaluation, and motivation.
· Qualified performance of directing, planning, organizing, and controlling restaurant functions.
· Supervise compliance with all safety and hygiene standards, as well as proper product storage.
· Management of complaints and claims with customers and employees.
· Daily analysis.
· Communication and coordination with hotel and F&B management.
· Organization of necessary resources for the proper provision of service.
· Define, together with the kitchen manager and establishment management, the services to be provided.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Essential training in hospitality/hotel management or similar
- Additional training in wines, mixology, marketing, etc., will be a plus.
- High level of English
- Experience in managing large restaurants with high gastronomy concepts and assets in marketing and commercialization.
- Experience in organized fashion restaurant chains/groups with volume and extensive staff will be valued.
- Accustomed to managing people, controlling costs, and using KPIs.
- No hotel experience required.
- Flexible, creative, methodical, and with a knack for human relations.
