Constance Ephelia, our luxury resort destination in Seychelles, is seeking a Guest Relations Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be the bridge between our guests and our organisation, ensuring exceptional service delivery and creating memorable experiences for our international clientele.

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, ensuring a welcoming and professional first impression
• Communicate with guests in Italian, German, and/or French to address enquiries, requests, and concerns with empathy and efficiency
• As a multilingual professional, you will utilise your language skills to communicate with guests from diverse backgrounds, providing personalised assistance and fostering meaningful relationships throughout their stay.
• Provide comprehensive information about resort facilities, activities, dining options, and local attractions to enhance guest experiences
• Respond promptly to guest requests and complaints, resolving issues with discretion and a customer-focused approach
• Maintain detailed records of guest preferences, special occasions, and feedback to personalise future interactions
• Coordinate with various departments (housekeeping, dining, activities) to ensure seamless service delivery
• Assist with guest check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring smooth transitions
• Organise and facilitate special events, excursions, and activities for guests
• Provide cultural insights and local recommendations to enrich guests' understanding of Seychelles
• Monitor guest satisfaction levels and contribute to continuous service improvement initiatives
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all guest interactions

• Fluency in Italian, German, and/or French (minimum two languages required); English proficiency is essential
• Proven experience in guest relations, customer service, or hospitality roles
• Excellent interpersonal and people skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
• Strong communication abilities, both verbal and written
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenging situations with composure
• Cultural awareness and sensitivity towards diverse guest backgrounds
• Organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple guest requests simultaneously
• Professionalism, discretion, and commitment to maintaining guest confidentiality
• Desirable experience working in luxury hospitality or resort environments
• Desirable knowledge of guest management systems and hospitality software
• Desirable additional language proficiency beyond the required three languages
• Emotional intelligence and patience in high-pressure situations
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends as required
