Your responsibilities?

Sales

Organization and presentations: You'll manage administrative tasks, create impactful presentations, and coordinate business activities with style.
Dive into action: From event planning to client meetings, you'll be at the heart of all activities, ready to impress our clients and shine at our establishment.
Explore new horizons: Discover new opportunities in our dynamic neighborhood, from enthusiastic calls to networking events.
Collaborate for an exceptional customer experience: Work with our teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
Marketing (in cooperation with our Marketing Manager)

Manage our social networks: Create engaging content for our social platforms, interact with our online community, and analyze results.
Contribute to communication in our hotel: Design and distribute communication materials in our public spaces, such as signs, posters, and brochures.
Collaborate on our offline marketing campaigns: Participate in the design and implementation of offline campaigns to promote our business.

Your ideal profile?

• A student in hotel management, marketing, communication, or business, with a minimum three-month internship agreement starting from September 2024 (or earlier if available!)

• Fluent in English and Dutch to communicate effortlessly with our international clientele. If you speak French or any other language, it's a plus!

• Communicative and customer service-oriented, you enjoy helping people and can keep your cool even in the busiest situations.

• Full of energy and able to work in a team while keeping a positive attitude.

• Challenges don't scare you; they motivate you!
