Job Description

As a Chef at the Silverstone Grand Prix with DO & CO, you will play a crucial role in the execution of high-end culinary creations for our esteemed clients. Working alongside a team of talented chefs and under the guidance of our Executive Chef, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the success of remarkable events, including weddings, corporate functions, and exclusive social gatherings.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain high standards of food presentation, taste, and quality.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to develop innovative and seasonal menus.
• Ensure a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all hygiene and safety regulations.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with other team members to ensure smooth operations during events.
• Assist in the planning and execution of large-scale events, paying attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
• Demonstrate a passion for culinary excellence and a willingness to learn and grow within the company.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Chef in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Strong knowledge of various culinary techniques and cooking methods.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by event schedules.
• A team player with good communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Culinary qualifications or relevant certifications are a plus.
