As a Front of House Assistant, you’ll be at the heart of the guest experience — creating warm welcomes, sharing local knowledge, and making every stay feel effortless. From check-in to check-out, you’ll bring personality, energy, and a genuine passion for hospitality while supporting the wider hotel team.

What began as a small UK aparthotel portfolio has grown into a European collection recognised for design and atmosphere - and we’re now entering a new chapter. THE WORK IN YOUR HANDS 

• Welcome every guest with genuine warmth, personality, and professionalism throughout the night. 

• Deliver seamless late check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and overnight guest support. 

• Be the friendly face of the hotel after hours, handling guest requests and resolving any challenges with confidence. 

• Maintain a safe, secure, and welcoming environment, completing overnight checks and ensuring the hotel is always guest-ready. 

• Share local knowledge and personalised recommendations to enhance every stay, no matter the time of day. 

• Support our public spaces, ensuring they remain clean, inviting, and aligned with our brand standards. 

• Work collaboratively across departments, supporting hotel operations and responding to the needs of our guests throughout the night.Be a collaborative team player who brings energy, positivity and a passion for creating unforgettable guest experiences.

THE FIRE YOU CARRY 

• A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences, whatever the hour. 

• A warm, approachable personality with the confidence to make every guest feel welcome. 

• Calm, composed, and solutions-focused, with the ability to handle unexpected situations independently. 

• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with guests and colleagues. 

• Flexible and adaptable, with a willingness to support across different areas of hotel operations. 

 

YOUR PROVEN TRACK 

• Previous experience in a hotel, guest services, reception, or hospitality environment. 

• Knowledge of hotel systems, including PMS and POS platforms. 

• Experience handling guest requests, reservations, and operational tasks with confidence. 

• Food & Beverage experience is advantageous.
