- Du bist flexibel und in der Lage, mit unerwarteten Situationen umzugehen und dich entsprechend nach Bedarf anzupassen.
- Effektive Kommunikation mit Kollegen, Gästen und dem Management ist für dich selbstverständlich.

- Ehrgeiz und der Mut, sich persönlich weiterzuentwickeln
- Das Selbstvertrauen schnell zu handeln, auf deine Erfahrung zu vertrauen und die richtigen Risiken einzugehen, um jedes Problem zu lösen
- Solides Zeitmanagement, tadellose Planung & Organisation
- Kreativität, Flexibilität und die Angewohnheit, über den Tellerrand hinauszuschauen
- Deutsch in Wort & Schrift
