Bist du der «local best friend» für Gäste? Ein Organisationstalent mit Multitasking-Skills und Gastgeber-Gen? Gemeinsam mit deinem Host-Team, unserer Head Host und dem Assistant GM bist du das Gesicht von Locke am Platz – erste Anlaufstelle für Gäste und Besucher:innen. Von Check-in bis Check-out, Tipps, Empfehlungen und alles dazwischen: Du hast den Überblick.
Was du tust- Du schaffst Erlebnisse, die Gäste weitererzählen.
- Du kennst Zürich, teilst dein Wissen mit Team und Gästen.
- Du handelst eigeninitiativ bei Feedback und operativen Herausforderungen.
- Du bearbeitest Anfragen und Reservierungen über alle Kanäle – immer mit einem Lächeln.
- Du meisterst Schichten allein und im Team.
- Du wirst Profi in MEWS (PMS), navigierst Buchungen und Zahlungen mühelos.
- Du setzt Locke-Standards um und bringst Ideen zur Prozessoptimierung und Belegung.
- Du bereicherst das Team mit Persönlichkeit und Erfahrung.
- Hingabe und Gespür für Menschen.
- Ehrgeiz und Mut zur Weiterentwicklung.
- Erfahrung im Gästekontakt, ideal an einer Hotel-Reception.
- Intuitive Betreuung und schnelles Handeln.
- Kommunikationsstärke, Überzeugungskraft und Erwartungsmanagement.
- Auge fürs Detail, Kreativität und Flexibilität.
- Deutsch & Englisch mind. B2, weitere Sprachen sind Plus.
- Mut, Fragen zu stellen und menschlich zu bleiben.
- Hunger nach Innovation und Kreativität.
- Selbstvertrauen, Konventionen zu hinterfragen.
- Verantwortung und der Wunsch, andere zu inspirieren.
