• A proven track record in a Luxury Hotel environment in a similar role, delivering sensational Guest Experiences synonymous with FIVE's award-winning Service Quality.
  
• Next-Level Organisational and Leadership skills, effectively leading and inspiring the FIVE Tribe to New Heights.
  
• Superior Problem-Solving Skills and the competence to Exceed Expectations in dynamic and competitive operational environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervises the Daily Operations of the Mini Bar Department, ensuring all Mini Bars maintain FIVE’s World-Class standards of Luxury and are Meticulously stocked.
  
• Trains and mentors the Mini Bar Team to uphold Impeccable service standards and adhere to FIVE’s protocols, Fostering a Team dedicated to Excellence.
  
• Monitors Mini Bar Inventory Levels with a keen Eye for Detail, strategically placing orders with suppliers and Orchestrating stock rotation to minimise waste and maximise Profitability.
  
• Conducts regular Inspections of Mini Bar items, ensuring their Quality and Freshness, and promptly addressing any Discrepancies.
  
• Devises innovative Strategies to Elevate Mini Bar Revenue, including the introduction of Captivating new products and Enticing promotions, while leveraging Sales Data to drive Continuous Improvement.
  
• Handles Guest inquiries and concerns regarding Mini Bar charges or items with Grace and Efficiency, resolving issues Promptly to uphold FIVE’s reputation for Exceptional Guest satisfaction.
  
• Fosters seamless Collaboration with other Departments, such as Housekeeping and Front Office, to ensure Flawless Communication and Coordination of Mini Bar Operations.
  
• Assigns each Mini Bar Team Member a designated number of floors, optimising Efficiency and Service Delivery.
  
• Crafts a ‘FIVE-Star’ Priority List for Mini Bar restocking, prioritising VIP arrivals, in-house Guests, and addressing Guest complaints and requests with the utmost Care and Attention.
