Four Seasons Hotel Firenze is currently looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to join our Team for 2024 summer season.

The Role of Chef de Partie

The Chef de Partie supervises and oversees the preparation of breakfast, lunch, and dinner food items per guest orders or as assigned by kitchen management in accordance with production requirements and quality standards while maintaining a safe, sanitary work environment.

Our Ideal Chef de Partie candidate will have:

A special talent and passion for delivering the highest of standards consistently and ensuring exceptional quality in food preparation.  You should have at least 2 years experience in a similar position, ideally in luxury or Michelin starred environment. You should have strong organization skills, a team player approach and familiarity with current industry trends. Our Chefs de Partie have proficiency in operating kitchen tools and facilities, as well as strong knife skills and a multitask approach.

This position is based at the Four Seasons Hotel Florence and the contract is seasonal.  You must possess the legal right to work in Italy at the time of application and have fluency in Italian. English knowledge would be a plus.
