The Banquet Captain supervises and oversees the service of banquet functions as assigned by the Management team.  They will schedule staff and coordinate all day of needs for events.  This position is responsible for set up, execution and tear down of all banquet events.  They will serve guest needs by providing exceptional knowledge of food & beverage menu items as well as information regarding preparation methods.  This role has direct contact with guests and as such, good communication skills are a necessity. 

Skills and qualifications:

  • Must have previous high-end food and beverage experience. 
  • Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred. 
  • Must have previous banquet or large function experience. 


A successful candidate will have a flexible schedule, ability to work morning, afternoon, or evening shifts, weekends, and holidays.  Must be fluent in English and possess legal work authorization in the United States.
