Four Seasons Hotel Prague is looking for a talented Bartender.

About the Job

The stylish restaurant and bar CottoCrudo has a unique view on the Prague Castle and the Charles Bridge. CottoCrudo means “cooked and raw” and introduces a new dining and lounge concept where classic service meets the innovative trends.

About You

You will ideally have a special talent and passion for ensuring you deliver the highest of standards consistently and ensuring that our cocktails offering is at the center of our guest experience.  You will provide hotel guests and servers with quick and efficient beverage service with complete working knowledge of all products served by the bar. You will be a part of a team that is well experienced and very creative in designing new cocktails.

Qualifications in detail:

• Minimum two years of bartending experience.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and personal presentation.
• Outstanding communications skills with a strong command of English language.
• Ability to pour, mix and blend a wide variety of wines, spirits and drinks.
• Flexible schedule with the ability to work all shifts, weekends and holidays. AM & PM shifts for 8,5 hour, 5 days per week.
• Working computer skills and knowledge including but not limited to Excel, Word, Internet and Micros.
• Must have EU work authorization.

What to Expect

This position is offered for a definite period of time of 12 months with a possible unlimited extension based on your performance. Your trial period will be 3 months. Feedback is key; therefore, you will be asked to give your feedback on a regular basis and you will also have an informal chat with your manager and trainer.
