Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences New Orleans is seeking a PM Cook to join Donald Link's Chemin a la Mer culinary team. We are looking for someone with excitement and dedication to serving our guests. Satisfying our guests depends on the united efforts of many. We are most effective when we work together cooperatively, respecting each other’s contribution and importance.

Your Job:

Are you excited about delivering the best Food & Beverage experience to our guests? This position may be the perfect fit for you! The PM Cook is responsible for preparing dinner as well as items for In Room Dining functions in accordance with production requirements and quality standards while maintaining a safe, sanitary work environment. As our hotel is open 24/7, 365 days a year, we expect our Cooks to be flexible in working mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

About You:

• One to two years’ experience working in culinary
• ServSafe certification is required.
• Work authorization in the United States is required.
