Join the pre-opening team of Four Seasons Cabo San Lucas at Cabo Del Sol as Digital Marketing Manager.  On the stunning southern coast of Mexico’s Baja peninsula, experience Cabo’s Golden Corridor, ideally located between Cabo San Lucas and San José del Cabo.  In the heart of all the action, the coveted community of Cabo Del Sol is home to our modern hacienda-style village, with sparkling ocean views throughout. Create magical memories as hearts beat to the rhythm of Mexican music, art and culture – embraced by the warmth of our Four Seasons “familia.” This ultra-luxury ocean-front resort will include 96 beautifully appointed guestrooms and 61 Residences,  Amenities will include three restaurants, five bars, three pools, an open-air fitness center designed by celebrity trainer Harley Pasternak, Spa with ten treatment rooms and relaxation oasis, and The Clubhouse.  The Clubhouse is perched above the resort with sweeping Ocean views, and it is being designed as THE place to host spectacular weddings and events for up to 250 people.  It will feature and event lawn for ceremonies, an indoor/outdoor ballroom, living room space for entertaining, and a bridal suite.

The management level for this position is:  

Operations – Assistant Department Head with local package  

General Function:  

Responsible for overseeing the hotel's digital content strategy, managing all social media channels, and creating engaging content. This role includes content creation, scheduling, analytics reporting, and collaboration with PR and Marketing teams, as well as the maintenance of the hotel's image and reputation. The manager engages with influencers, aligns the web and app presence with business objectives, and plays a key role in guests satisfaction.  Strong communication skills in English and Spanish, proficiency in social media tools and analytics, the ability to work effectively under pressure, and a strong passion for hospitality and creativity are essential, as well as supporting various marketing efforts, including advertising and advocacy-building among guests. 

Requirements:  

Creative and with a passion for hospitality 

Minimum of two years of luxury hotel social media and marketing communications.  

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams, knowledge of Photoshop and video editing tools a must 

Ability to act independently with minimal supervision 

Knowledge and professional use of social media as a tool to support business development 

Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), a strong sense of quality, and a creative mindset.  Must have excellent written and spoken English and Spanish 

Highly developed problem-solving skills.Able to work effectively under pressure and handle several projects/deadlines. 

Position is based on property in Los Cabos 

Main Functions & Responsibilities:  

Oversees the hotel’s digital content strategy and manages all property social media channels, creating relevant and engaging content and increasing follower engagement.  

Manage all aspects of social media to ensure content is timely, aligned with property tone and effective  

  • Content creation, 

  • Developing visual content 

  • Scheduling and planning 

  • Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy 

  • Organic and paid social media campaigns 

  • Creative usage 

  • Organic content creative 

  • Manage social media paid budget 

  • Responses to messages and engagement 

  • Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network 



Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms 

Collaborate with PR teams and DOM in marketing related projects 

General support of Marketing in all areas: print & electronic advertising, direct marketing, communications, web presence, tracking/reporting, presentation development, asset management, marketing support for sales office 

Maintenance of collection-wide photographic assets, inc. contract procurement and development of internal digital library 

Identify and take actions to build advocacy of guests 

Work with the resorts graphic designer on all print and digital collateral projects 

Manage image and reputation management  

Works closely with the F&B and Spa teams to develop promotional and marketing activities and calendars to feed relevant owned channels so as to stimulate revenue opportunities. Able to forge alliances and maintain positive cooperative working relationships with other departments.  

Engages in influencer relations by actively managing professional relationships with local and regional influencers that will benefit the hotel and company. Includes hosting pitching targeted story ideas, organizing photo shoots, entertaining influencer contacts, responding in a timely way to influencer enquiries, and supporting social PR.  

Ensures the hotel’s web and App presence is aligned with the Hotel’s positioning and business objectives and where possible links to other FS content channels.  

The role will be involved in the management or oversight of online review responses.  

Keep up to date with all relevant operational updates at the Resort to support promoting the hotels within the market. 

Understands Hotel’s marketplace; well-informed of market trends, including evaluating the competition’s marketing communications activity and implements change as dictated by market requirements. 

Collaborate the PR Assistant Director to plan and coordinate photoshoots and video productions
