Referred to as “the crown jewel of Harbor East” the Four Seasons Hotel Baltimore has 256 guest rooms including 45 suites. 

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in Planning and implementing procedures, systems and controls to ensure an efficient operation of the Engineering Department.
  • Maintain logs on movement and inventory of stock items and tools. Maintain par stocks and the distribution of items.
  • Handle the primary research and follow-up necessary on the purchasing of equipment replacement of parts and repairs.  This includes contacting vendors for best prices, completing purchase orders, receiving goods and completing projects.
  • Ensure that order/request system is properly executed and that items from the logbook are followed up necessary.
  • Ensure effective communication and good relations between the Engineering department and other departments in the Hotel.
  • Comply with and enforce Four Seasons’ Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact.
  • Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.


Preferred Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proficient in Computer Skills-Excel, Word, and ability to learn new software programs as trained.
  • Good communication skills.
