Four Seasons Resort Whistler is located at the foot of Blackcomb and Whistler. The resort is a five-minute walk to the ski lifts and a 10-minute stroll to the village center, making it the perfect location for a rustic adventure any time of year. 

Our guest rooms are spacious, beautifully re-styled in December, 2019, the refurbished rooms and suites pay close attention to the unique placement of Whistler – a secluded retreat, just an hour and a half away from the international destination of Vancouver. 

In December 2020, we completed a property-wide enhancement with the launch of Braidwood Tavern, a craft kitchen and social house conceived in collaboration with celebrated chef and restauranteur Richard Sandoval, along with a re-imagined SIDECUT Steakhouse, both designed by Box Interior Design. 

The role - Overview:  

  • Administrative support to the Planning Committee (Executive Committee) including the General Manager 

  • Cultivating strong professional relationships within the hotel while maintaining discretion and high confidentiality of the office. 

  • Handle Elite Phone Line and Email, point of contact for Elite guests. Provide daily VIP/Elite Guest amenity card list to GM/RM. 

  • Calendar coordination, email management and travel planning for the Planning Committee and General Manager. 

  • Providing administrative support to the GM/Executive Office and handle meeting scheduling, coordination, documentation and follow up. 



  • Preparing and processing purchase orders, expense reports and facilitating GM approvals on behalf of other departments. 

  • Liaison with Four Seasons Area Executive Leadership Team, Regional General Managers and Administrators as required. 

  • Facilitate guest reservations made via the Executive Office for the hotel, and other properties around the world. 

  • Liaison with VIP guests of Four Seasons, overseeing room allocations, amenities, welcome cards and correspondence. 

  • Coordinate executive level communication with guests, owners, and internal stakeholders relating to feedback and guest experience surveys. 



  • Assist in completing Food and Beverage projects which may include competitive surveys or other assigned duties. 

  • Assist Resort Operation as needed (Rooms, Food and Beverage, Sales Division). 

  • Assist Resort with employee relations events. 

  • Assist in phone coverage with Planning Committee, Sales & Catering phone lines. 

  • Assist with Finance division with billing groups and events, filing, contract management, assisting finance generalist as needed. 



  • Maintain a clean, neat and organized work area and file storage system. 

  • Maintain master list of donations made to charities on behalf of the hotel. 



This list is not all –inclusive and should only be used as an overview of all actual responsibility. 

Qualifications & Experience: 

  • Minimum 3+ years’ experience in an Executive Assistant or administrative/secretarial role. 

  • Hospitality experience is an advantage but not essential. 

  • Impeccable integrity to ensure maximum confidentiality and discretion. 

  • Exemplary business communication skills with fluency in verbal and written English.  



  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and handle conflicting demands. 

  • Exceptional organization of personal work as well as others’ schedules and needs. 

  • Highly flexible with ability to adapt to a dynamic luxury service-oriented place of business. 

  • Solid under pressure, professional and able to maintain composure in handling challenges and complaints 

  • Strong attention-to-detail with a focus on delivering quality while meeting deadlines 



  • People-oriented with appropriate sense of humor, charm, and outstanding personal presentation.  

  • Solid knowledge of all Microsoft applications with emphasis on word processing, Excel and Outlook email. Knowledge of OPERA reservation system helpful. 

  • Successful candidates must possess the ability to work in Canada
