The role of the Front Office Manager involves:

He/she directs and controls the activities of the Front Desk, Guest Services and Standard. He/she acts as the Department Head in these departments and create a welcoming experience. He/she responds to a wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing the guest needs and requests and then adding personal recommendations and touches to achieve maximum customer satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons’ policies.

We are looking for a highly motivated senior Department Head. A minimum of five years hotel Rooms Division experience rooms, including at least one to two years in a Department Head position.

Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills, good problem solving ability and be proficient in Hotel property management systems, in particular Opera
Fluent in reading, writing and spoken both English/French language skills
Strong managerial and leadership skills are essential, with outstanding demonstrated coaching and development skills

Position is bas in Bora Bora, island in French Polynesia, regular contract, full time.
Non-French citizen need a work permit for French Polynesia, and non-European citizen need a residence card.
