We are currently seeking a friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our Golf Outside Services Team. As a vital part of our golf operation, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to golfers and ensuring their overall satisfaction. Your primary role will involve assisting with golf bag handling, managing the golf cart fleet, maintaining a clean and organized staging area, and providing assistance to players before and after their rounds. Greet golfers and provide a warm and friendly welcome upon their arrival. Assist golfers with unloading and loading their golf bags from their vehicles. Transport golf bags to the staging area and load them onto golf carts. Ensure that golf carts are clean, charged, and properly stocked with necessary supplies. Educate golfers on the course layout, local rules, and any special instructions or updates. Monitor and manage the golf cart fleet to ensure availability for golfers, proper distribution, and adherence to course policies. Provide players with accurate information regarding tee times, course conditions, and pace of play. Maintain an organized and tidy staging area, including keeping golf bags in proper order and arranging carts in a neat and efficient manner. Assist with general maintenance tasks such as cleaning golf clubs, filling divots, and collecting range balls. Offer assistance to golfers by providing directions, retrieving lost items, and addressing any concerns or questions. Monitor pace of play and coordinate with the golf course staff to ensure a smooth flow of golfers on the course. Promote and enforce golf course policies and etiquette to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all players. Collaborate effectively with other members of the outside services team, including cart attendants, range attendants, and starters/marshals. Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times while interacting with golfers, members, and guests. Assist with the coordination and execution of golf events, tournaments, and outings as required.
