Lead Concierge, Full-Time

Handles all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism; accommodates special requests, resolves customer complaints, assist customers in all inquiries in connection with hotel services. Ability to check the guests in and out. Assist in training, evaluating, leading, motivating, and coaching all employees in the Front Desk to ensure that established cultural and core standards are met. Responds to a wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing the guest needs and requests and then adding personal recommendations and touches to achieve maximum customer satisfaction in a timely manner. Requires attention to detail and problem-solving skills, preferred previous concierge experience and knowledge of the Denver market.

A successful candidate will have a flexible schedule, ability to work morning, afternoon or evening shifts, weekends and holidays. Must be fluent in English and possess legal work authorization in the United States.
