Knowing physical structure of the hotel, especially main storages, floor storages, supply storages, etc. Having knowledge of room cleaning.

Being clear and explicit in communications within the department and across departments.

Ability to prioritize when preparing daily business plan. Having basic English knowledge sufficient to establish contact with guests.

Ability to read and interpret departmentally used reports.

Examining morning reports at the beginning of the shift and making necessary preparations.

Preparing supplies that will be needed in guest rooms. When necessary, notifying Laundry Department regarding insufficient supplies.

Distributing prepared supplies to floor storages according to priority order. Performing distribution of additional supplies; children supplies, Laundry List addressed to the name, customized letter heads and envelopes, additional bed, etc. to the rooms of the future guests based on guest requests.

Removing additional beds, if any, from the rooms of the guests who have completed their stay and left the hotel or transferring the beds to newly prepared room when necessary. 

Cleaning all floor corridors, floor and general storages along with guest rooms, in accordance with Four Seasons standards and disinfecting per hygiene standards.

Collecting garbage that is accumulated at the service areas and floor storages at the end of the shift and maintaining organization and cleaning of these areas.

Carefully storing hotel tools, equipments, guest room and storage keys used during the performance of the tasks, adhering to hotel's safety and emergency procedures.

Always fulfilling guest requests in a calm and polite manner and in accordance with Four Seasons standards.

Complying with the hotel's procedures, policies and standards while performing duties. Submitting any lost and found items that are found anywhere in the hotel, in accordance with the Lost and Found Items Regulation. In addition to the tasks listed in the jobs description, carrying out additional tasks or projects assigned by the employer and supervisors.

Knowing and executing established implementing Four Seasons standards and regulations.

Carefully storing hotel tools, equipments, guest room and storage keys used during the performance of the tasks.

Adhering to the hotel's safety and emergency procedures.

Complying with the hotel's procedures, policies and standards while performing duties.

Always wearing clean and proper uniforms. Working outside of shift hours and working overtime when the task requires it.

Focusing on the goals of the group while ruling out personal self-interests.
