We are looking for someone with excitement and dedication in serving our internal guests, our employees. This role serves as an ambassador of the People and Culture department by being the first face employees see and ensures the accurate collection and maintenance of confidential employee information. They will also support the People and Culture team to carry out daily activities for the People & Culture department.

The People & Culture Coordinator will support key functions and daily operations of the P&C department at the resort, tasks include but are not limited to:

• Support the day-to-day operations of the P&C department and all administrative functions
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, employment contracts, and policies
• Employee internal communications
• Employee recognition program, including monthly recognition events
• Workday administration, data management and reporting
• Support employees accessing Workday & ADP Time and Attendance system
• Employee onboarding and orientation
• Benefits enrollment and education
• Assist People and Culture Manager and Assistant Manager with recruitment process. This includes but is not limited to screening candidates and scheduling interviews.
• Support P&C team on other initiatives and tasks as required

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

We are looking for individuals with exceptional interpersonal, organization, and communications skills.  Someone who is able to successfully multi-task in a fast-pasted environment, is proactive, creative, and enjoys working in a team environment.

• A minimum of 1 years of Human Resources experience is preferred
• Experience in a luxury hospitality organization is an asset
• Degree in a Human Resources or Hospitality Program is preferred
