The Role   

Four Seasons Hotel Boston is looking for a Sales and Catering Administrative Assistant who shares our passion for excellence and is enthusiastic about creating the ultimate service experience. The Sales and Catering Administrative Assistant will assist in managing work flow, providing administrative support to Catering and Sales Managers and Director while being familiar with all aspects of the sales and catering planning process.
