About Four Seasons Resort Costa Rica at Peninsula Papagayo:  

From our hillside perch overlooking the Pacific Ocean, our expansive Costa Rican resort offers privacy while being your launching pad into boundless adventures. After a day of zip lining, surfing or hiking a volcano, return to our tropical retreat for farm-to-table dining from one of our five restaurants and bars, refreshing swims or relaxing spa treatments. With customized itineraries for families and couples alike, we can’t wait for you to experience “pura vida” at Peninsula Papagayo. 

-Greet guests warmly and provide them with menus.
-Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests and input them into the point-of-sale system.
-Provide recommendations and answer any questions regarding menu items and specials.
-Upsell additional items, such as appetizers, desserts, or signature drinks, to enhance the guest experience.
-Communicate effectively with the kitchen and bartenders to ensure accurate and timely order preparation.
-Serve food and beverages to guests, ensuring proper presentation and adherence to quality standards.
-Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly address any concerns or issues raised.
-Maintain a clean and organized work station, including tables, dining areas, and service areas.
-Prepare and present guest checks accurately, handling payment transactions efficiently and securely.
-Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and effective teamwork.
-Upsell and promote loyalty programs, special events, or promotions to guests.
-Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations, including proper handling of food and beverages.
-Stay updated on menu changes, ingredients, and preparation methods.
-Assist with opening and closing duties, including setup and breakdown of the dining area.
-Attend staff meetings and training sessions as required.
-Continuously strive to enhance your knowledge of food, beverages, and service techniques.
-Provide exceptional customer service, creating a positive and welcoming environment for guests.
