At Fregate Island, our Bartenders / Mixologists do more than prepare drinks. They create personalised beverage experiences and play an important part in the overall guest experience
As a Bartender / Mixologist, you will provide professional and attentive beverage service across our bars, restaurants, private dining experiences and special guest events. You will prepare cocktails, mocktails, wines, spirits, coffees and other beverages while maintaining excellent knowledge of ingredients, preparation methods and presentation standards.
You will interact directly with guests, understand their preferences, recommend beverages and create personalised experiences through your product knowledge, creativity and attention to detail.
This is a hands-on role that also includes bar preparation and mise en place, stock and inventory control, maintaining excellent hygiene and presentation standards, and supporting events and different Food & Beverage outlets across the resort.
We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys the craft of bartending and mixology, but who is equally passionate about engaging with guests and delivering warm, personalised service in a luxury hospitality environment.

Sobre ti
We're looking for two experienced and guest-focused beverage professionals with strong product knowledge, creativity and a genuine passion for personalised service.
For these vacancies, we are specifically looking for:
- 1 candidate fluent in Russian and English
- 1 candidate fluent in German and English
In addition:
- Minimum 1–2 years' experience in bartending or mixology within hotels, resorts, restaurants, beach clubs or high-end Food & Beverage operations.
- Good knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, beverage preparation and professional bar service.
- Previous luxury hospitality experience is highly desirable.
- Bartending certification or a hospitality/F&B qualification is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills and confidence interacting directly with guests.
- Creative approach to cocktails, presentation and personalised beverage experiences.
- Excellent attention to detail and presentation standards.
- Ability to manage multiple orders efficiently while maintaining high service standards.
- Experience with beverage stock and inventory procedures is an advantage.
- Professional appearance and good grooming standards.
- Positive, hands-on and guest-focused attitude.
- Physically fit and comfortable working in a hands-on operational environment.
- Willingness to live and work on a remote private island.
- Additional languages are an advantage.
